She truly believes that when people are engaged in and excited by their work, they become inspired to achieve, and when that happens, great things can happen for them, their organizations and society. She has encouraged and mentored many others looking to get into, grow and develop in the charitable sector. Her work and her advice are always centred on kindness, authenticity, integrity and excellence.Robin is also a certified Pilates instructor and loves sharing her passion for movement through flexpilates.ca. She gets inspiration from long walks, travel, oceans, trails and beaches, art, culture and books, and spending time with her family, including husband, two young adult “children” and the family pooch Mocha.

PRABHA MATTAPPALLY
Operations Strategist
Prabha brings more than 25 years of experience helping both charitable organizations and for-profit businesses build and oversee the systems, structure, and clarity they need to thrive. As a seasoned operations leader, fractional COO and entrepreneur, she specializes in turning complexity into simplicity - designing processes that unlock efficiency, strengthen teams, and position organizations for sustainable growth.
Her career includes leadership roles at St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, St. Michael’s Hospital, Far & Wide Collective, and The Offord Group, where her responsibilities spanned operations, finance, and organizational effectiveness. She also leads her own practice providing COO and senior operational consulting services to startups and small to mid-sized organizations, including a recent engagement as COO for St. Peter’s Spirits. These experiences - spanning the charitable, public and private sectors - require adaptability, focus, and discipline, skills, and Prabha brings these to every client engagement. Her approach blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: she not only identifies gaps but builds the roadmaps, tools, and practices that close them.
An entrepreneur at heart, Prabha is the creator of Menu Reader, a mobile app designed to solve a common frustration: reading in dimly lit settings and navigating small print without glasses. She also founded Journey Toward Longevity, a blog and digital community that explores sustainable habits, wellness, and personal growth. Across her consulting and entrepreneurial work, Prabha brings the same philosophy: clarity, focus, and sustainable structures to create the conditions for lasting impact.
